About Beth

My personal motivation as a coach is to help women realize the power in each of us to make positive and meaningful shifts – before a crisis (health, family, or job) forces a change upon us.

When I was faced with a family crisis, my mother’s fatal illness, I was forced to stop and reevaluate the direction of my life. I am still amazed by the positive changes that resulted from a very difficult situation. I became more aware of what was important to me and made conscious choices about how to spend the rest of my life. I made decisions which ultimately lead to leaving my financial services career of nearly 20 years, being a full-time parent, moving cross-country, and launching a new coaching career.

I combine my life experiences, business background, and coach training with compassion and insight to help my clients gain greater self-awareness, be open to possibilities, and design their lives the way they really want them to be. I support my clients in developing a vision for both their personal and professional lives and taking the action to make their vision a reality.

I have trained at Coach U, a leading global provider of coach training. I continue to focus on my own self-development through additional training and mentor coaching and maintain high standards of excellence. I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and abide by their Code of Ethics.

I have an M.B.A from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a B.A., Magna Cum Laude with High Honors, from Brandeis University.

I am originally from the Boston, Massachusetts area and relocated to Seattle, Washington several years ago with my family. While I love living on the West coast, I still miss Dunkin Donuts coffee, good Italian food, and hearing the Boston accent!
