"What Are You Grateful for Today?"

Starting a Gratitude Journal is a fun and easy way to give thanks for all the things in your life.

My “Brilliant” tip?

You can use an actual journal if you prefer to write by hand, start a list in a Word document, or create a blog. Challenge yourself to add one thing to it every day. Take 5 minutes and sit and think - "I am grateful today for .....".

You will be amazed at how much you have to be grateful for and how your attitude towards the little annoyances in life starts to shift.

What am I grateful for?

· the view of the majestic snow-covered mountains.

· the rewards of being a Mom.
